How We Use Your Information
Your data is used exclusively to provide the AviTracker service: managing aircraft maintenance schedules, tracking component life limits, generating work orders, monitoring inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Information Sharing
We do not sell or share your aviation data with third parties. Data is only shared with (1) your organization members per your access controls, (2) service providers under strict confidentiality (Supabase for database, Cloudflare for CDN), and (3) when required by aviation authorities or law.
Data Retention
Maintenance records are retained per aviation regulatory requirements (typically 2 years for aircraft records, indefinitely for life-limited components). You may export or delete your data at any time, subject to regulatory retention requirements.
